Storyline: Dorasani explores the periodic tale of love between a rich lady Devaki and a poor boy Raju. Shankaranna (Kishore), a Naxalite, gets released from jail of 30 years of fake imprisonment. He goes to a village and enquires about Raju. However, No one seems to know about it. Shankar explores around the now-changed village. Then, a man claims himself to be the henchman of Dora [landlord]. The story flashes back to the ’80s.
Raju (Anand Devarakonda) is the son of a painter from a so-called low-class community. Devaki [or] Dorasani (princess) (Sivatmika Rajasekar) is essentially the daughter of a Dora [Landlord] Raja Reddy (Vinay Varma). Imprisoned in a big residence, Devaki wishes to be like a free bird. Since she is motherless, her father and the domestic maid Chandra (Saranya Pradeep) take utmost care. Raju sees Devaki at a festival and falls in love with her. He starts seeing her through her window. Raju takes Devaki and explores the village.
