Storyline: Sam, an ace pianist, and a pretentious blind man, accidentally gets thrown into a famous yesteryear celebrity’s homicide which turns his life upside down. A pianist pretends to be blind for inspiration, witnesses a murder. He suddenly finds himself in a blind spot with the victim’s wife, the murderer. During this ordeal, he loses his eyesight for real. Will his girlfriend believe him? In Kochi, Ray Mathews is an up-and-coming pianist who fakes being blind to improve his piano skills.
While crossing the street, he is knocked over by Anna. She takes care of Ray and soon they begin an intimate romantic relationship. Anna is impressed by Ray’s talent and gets him an engagement at her father’s diner. At the diner, a retired actor, Udaykumar, notices Ray and invites him to perform for his wedding anniversary. Ray arrives at Uday’s flat and his wife Simi opens the door. Simi, convinced that Ray is blind, lets him play the piano. Ray sees Uday’s dead body nearby but feigns ignorance and continues to play; he also sees Dinesh, Simi’s paramour, hiding in the bathroom. Simi and Dinesh clean the body and stuff it into a suitcase while Ray plays.
